Payment Policy
All services provided by Dariel Sinclair, including luxury travel consultations, collaboration planning sessions, hotel and resort showcase consultations, and cruise line showcase consultations, are non-refundable. As these services involve dedicated time, preparation, and strategic planning, payments for scheduled sessions are final.
Clients and brand partners may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds and may require booking a new session.
If a technical issue or unavoidable emergency occurs on my end, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
